So I finally got my domain set up at the new host and stopped the endless circle of redirection between the old blog’s wordpress.com URL and this one.
Anyway, no one wants to hear all about that, except perhaps if you like to giggle at the word “propagate,” which does sound fairly dirty.
At any rate, it’s still looking like a sad blue shell of its formerly rosy self over here, but I am not going to mess with the whole CSS thing until I get home. I had thought I could just use the CSS from last time, but I guess since I was using the “lite” version of this theme and now I am using the regular version, things will get all wonky if I try that. Tinkering will have to happen.
And oh, yeah, I need a stats plugin or something so as I can spy on you spying on me.
Spy on you? I’m not sure about everyone else, but I keep coming back for the bathroom humour and to tickle the literary portion of my brain.
I always read blogs for the spyin’! I enjoy peeking in on people’s lives, even (or especially?) if I don’t know them.
A people observer, are we? Do you like airports? I am fascinated by people at airports. Everytime I travel (and I go via an airport) I spend all my time people-watching.
Maybe I’m strange, I don’t know. What’s the term for that? Voyeurism, I think…
Oh, I love airports for exactly that reason. I always try to guess where people are going or where they are from. Business? Pleasure? Honeymoon? Illicit affair? On the lam? Strangers are so fascinating — as long as I don’t have to talk to them!
Yes, as long as I don’t have to interact all is well - precisely. I usually travel for academic purposes, so any strangers watching me probably don’t find anything interesting to observe. Another thing is that airports make me drink after I get on airplanes. I don’t like flying much, I prefer people watching.
